Deliveries - Most standard postcodes are available for FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY. Delivery timescales are quoted up to 15 business days but over 80% of customers get delivery within 10 days and you will be called by a member of our transport team to confirm your delivery date. We use our own staff and vehicles for this premium 2 man service because we know how important it is to offer a great delivery service to our customers.

We cannot 100% guarantee delivery to bedrooms or other rooms of choice unfortunately and the decison will be down to the delivery team on the day after they have reviewed if it it safe to deliver the items upstairs.  We will happily deliver your furniture into a garage, shed or other outside building of your choice or any other location that is viable and safe for our delivery team including leaving items on your doorstep with your consent.

For customers placing orders with a mixture of in stock and pre order type products we can only offer a single free delivery service when everything is ready for shipping to you together. We are unable to split orders to be delivered on different dates until further notice.

FREE 2 MAN DELIVERY is a very costly service for us to offer and requires our customers to accept the first delivery date that our planning team offer. If customers cannot accept the proposed delivery date then a £30 charge will be made for planning an alternative date.

We have ceased all deliveries to the Republic of Ireland until further notice.

Top furniture have been great from start to finish. I found Top furniture online whilst searching for some new black leather dining room chairs. I initially made contact with them via email. After confirming the Tuscan chairs were in stock they arranged for a chair to be brought from the warehouse so I could visit the showroom and see the chair before ordering. All my emails were replied to promptly. On arrival at the showroom the chair was immediately available for my husband and I to look at. The staff were friendly and helpful and as we had travelled some distance to visit the showroom, they also gave us some recommendations of things to do before we drove home. I was advised that as the chairs were in stock my order would be delivered before Christmas. 2 days after my order, I received a call and email confirming the delivery date and a time slot. On the day of delivery I received a call to update me on the arrival time. The boxes containing the chairs were carried into my dining room by the delivery staff who again were friendly. The new chairs look great in my dining room ready to welcome our new year visitors.
